By using this website or requesting a service from Aura Health Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or our services.

2. What we provide

Aura Health Services arranges home healthcare support in Lucknow and nearby areas, including nursing care at home, doctor consultation at home, physiotherapy, medical equipment support, elderly and patient care, post-surgery care and attendant services.

We are a home healthcare service provider. We are not a hospital, a diagnostic centre, an emergency medical service or an ambulance service. Care is delivered in line with the treatment plan prescribed by the patient’s own treating doctor. We do not alter prescribed treatment.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting the enquiry form, sending a WhatsApp message or calling us is a request for service, not a confirmed booking. A service is confirmed only when our team has spoken with you and agreed the requirement, the timing and the applicable charges.

Availability depends on your location, the professional required and the time of the request. We will tell you honestly if we are unable to meet a request.

4. Response times

Where we refer to a 20-minute response, this is a service target in eligible service areas and not a guarantee. Actual response time varies with your location, traffic, professional availability and the nature of the medical requirement.

5. Charges and payment

Charges depend on the service, its duration and the level of care required. Applicable charges are explained to you before the service begins. Any change in the patient’s requirement may change the charges, and we will discuss this with you before continuing.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about the patient’s condition, existing diagnoses, allergies and current medication, so that appropriate care can be arranged.
• Share the relevant prescriptions, discharge summaries and reports with the assigned professional.
• Provide a safe environment for our professionals at the place of service, and treat them with respect.
• Ensure that medicines and consumables prescribed by the treating doctor are available when needed.
• Inform us promptly of any change in the patient’s condition or requirement.

7. Medical decisions remain with your doctor

Nothing on this website or provided by our team is a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, advice or treatment. Decisions about diagnosis, medication and treatment remain with the patient’s treating doctor. Please read our Medical Disclaimer.

8. Emergencies

In a life-threatening emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not rely on this website, the enquiry form or a WhatsApp message in an emergency.

9. Cancellations and changes

Please tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, so that the assigned professional can be informed. Charges for services already delivered remain payable.

10. Website content

The content, brand name, logo, text and design of this website belong to Aura Health Services and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aura Health Services is not liable for any loss arising from information given to us that was incomplete or inaccurate, from a failure to follow the treating doctor’s instructions, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
