Your questions, answered
If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp — we will answer honestly, even when the answer is that we cannot help.
Do you provide nursing care at home in Lucknow?
Yes. We arrange trained nurses for home visits and for continuous 12-hour or 24-hour shifts across Lucknow — covering injections, wound dressing, catheter and tube care, vitals monitoring and bedside support for bedridden patients.
Are your services really available 24×7?
Our coordination line on +91 73178 89822 is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the week, including Sundays and public holidays. Care visits are arranged around the clock subject to professional availability in your area.
How quickly can I get assistance?
We aim to respond within 20 minutes in eligible service areas. This is a target rather than a guarantee — the actual time depends on your location, traffic, the availability of the right professional and the nature of the medical requirement. We will always tell you honestly how long it will take.
Do you provide physiotherapy at home?
Yes. Qualified physiotherapists visit patients at home for post-operative rehabilitation, stroke and paralysis recovery, orthopaedic pain, and balance and mobility training for elderly patients.
Can I request a doctor consultation at home?
Yes. We help families arrange a doctor consultation at home, which is especially useful for elderly, immobile or post-operative patients. If the doctor advises hospital investigation or admission, they will tell you clearly and you should follow that advice.
Do you provide elderly care for senior citizens?
Yes. Elderly care covers daily living support — bathing and hygiene, safe movement, medication reminders, meal assistance and companionship. It is one of our most requested services, particularly from working professionals whose parents live in Lucknow.
Can you help me arrange medical equipment at home?
Yes. We help families arrange hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, wheelchairs, walkers, air beds, nebulisers and patient monitors for home use, and we set the equipment up and demonstrate it to a family member.
Is Aura Health Services an emergency or ambulance service?
No. We are a home healthcare provider, not an emergency medical or ambulance service. For any life-threatening emergency — chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathlessness, unconsciousness, major bleeding or serious injury — call 108 or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
Which areas of Lucknow do you serve?
We serve Lucknow and nearby areas, including Kamta, Ismailganj, Gomti Nagar, Gomti Nagar Extension, Indira Nagar, Chinhat, Faizabad Road, Vibhuti Khand and surrounding localities. If you are unsure whether your area is covered, send us your locality on WhatsApp and we will confirm straight away.
How do I contact Aura Health Services?
Call or WhatsApp us on +91 73178 89822 at any hour, or fill in the enquiry form on this website. Tell us the patient’s condition, the service you need and your locality, and our team will get back to you.
What does it cost?
Charges depend on the service, the duration and the level of care required — a single nursing visit and a 24-hour attendant are very different arrangements. Share your requirement with us and we will explain the applicable charges clearly before anything is confirmed.
Are your healthcare professionals verified?
Professionals are selected on the basis of their qualifications and practical experience, and their documents and background are checked before they are assigned to a patient. If you would like details about the professional assigned to your family, simply ask us.
Can I book a nurse for just one visit?
Yes. Many families book a single visit for an injection, a dressing change or a sample collection. You can also arrange regular daily visits or continuous 12-hour and 24-hour shifts.
Who decides whether a patient can be cared for at home?
The patient’s treating doctor. Home ICU care suits some patients and not others, and that is a medical judgement, not ours. Share the discharge summary and your doctor’s advice with us and we will set up only what has been prescribed.
Is a home consultation a replacement for hospital treatment?
No. A home consultation is suited to assessment, review and ongoing management. If the doctor finds that hospital investigation or admission is needed, they will tell you clearly and you should follow that advice.
Who will I be consulting?
Dr. Sudeep Kumar Priyadarshi, B.H.M.S, MD (Hom.), the homeopathic physician at Aura Homeopathy Clinic, H. No. 21, Ismailganj, Kamta, Lucknow.
How many sessions will be needed?
It depends entirely on the condition, the patient’s age and the goal. The physiotherapist will assess first and give you a realistic plan — we would rather set an honest expectation than promise a fixed number.
Can equipment be arranged on rent instead of purchase?
Both options are commonly available depending on the item and how long it is needed. Tell us the requirement and expected duration on WhatsApp and we will explain what suits your situation.
My parents live in Lucknow and I work in another city. Can you help?
Yes — this is one of the most common reasons families contact us. We agree the routine with you, and you receive regular updates on how your parents are doing.
When should post-surgery care start?
Ideally from the day of discharge. Contact us before the patient comes home so the room, equipment and first visit are ready in advance.
Is this an ambulance or emergency service?
No. Aura Health Services is a home healthcare provider, not an emergency medical or ambulance service. For a life-threatening emergency — chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathlessness, unconsciousness, major bleeding or serious injury — call 108 or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
What is the difference between an attendant and a nurse?
An attendant supports daily living — hygiene, feeding, movement, watchfulness. A nurse performs clinical tasks such as injections, dressings and catheter care. We will help you choose the right one for the patient’s actual needs.
